Rong works as an Instructional Design and Technology Specialist to support the School of Continuing Studies. She started working as an instructional designer in higher education in 2006. Since then, she has worked with faculty on new course design, development, and revision at the University of Connecticut Distance Education Office, Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, and Northern Virginia Community College.
