Mike Ryu is a an instructional designer and technologist. With an M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton, Mike has worked with the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, and Harvard Business School. His professional journey is distinguished by an unwavering commitment to instructional design best practices, adult learning theories, user experience design, and the integration of educational technologies. At USC, Mike spearheaded the redesign of the online MBA program, elevating the user experience and supervising the creation of award-winning instructional video content.


Mike has also co-chaired affinity groups such as the Asian Coalition of Employees at Harvard and served as the Advocacy and Policy Committee Chair for the Asian Pacific Islander Faculty and Staff Association at USC. He also served as a youth development specialist in the Peace Corps, in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from 2009 to 2012.
