In her role, Kim works closely with faculty and multimedia experts at the School of Continuing Studies (SCS) to design and develop innovative online learning solutions, while also providing regular maintenance and revision of existing courses. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Baylor University’s Leadership and Organizational Change program.

Kim is dedicated to creating learning environments that empower and inspire others. Her research interests lie in exploring how artificial intelligence can support learning for students with attention-deficit- and attention-deficit- hyperactivity disorder. Other areas of interest include organizational change, leadership, ethics, and diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion. In addition to her role as an instructional design and technology specialist, Kim currently serves on the Diversity, Equity, Belonging, and Inclusion Committee at Georgetown.

Before Georgetown, Kim worked as a thought leader to support non-profit organizations with designing and implementing online learning solutions for over 15 years. When Kim is not at Georgetown, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves Zumba.
