Haya is originally from Pakistan, currently studying in Georgetown’s Learning, Design, and Technology Masters program with a focus on adult learning and professional development.

She joined CNDLS in August 2022 as a Graduate Associate in the Assessment and Evaluation Team as she is a data and analytics enthusiast. Her work includes supporting survey and focus group design, development, administration, and analysis; performing formative evaluation, facilitating needs assessment and change management for DEI projects at the Center; and researching various assessment metrics and strategies.

Haya recently also joined the Online Programs team to help support online learning projects at CNDLS, to gain hands-on experience to be able to curate effective learning experiences for adult learners.
