As an experienced learning designer, Flora designs, develops, and supports online courses and other learning materials in collaboration with faculty, Subject Matter Experts, program administrators, and the CNDLS LD and Media teams. Her passion for teaching languages led her to pursue her TESOL graduate degree at UMBC as a Fulbright scholar. She served as an adjunct lecturer at the Management and Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent and a language instructor at the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent.

Flora first joined CNDLS in 2019 as a Graduate Associate while earning her MA at Georgetown’s Learning, Design, and Technology program. Born in Uzbekistan, Flora received her B.A. in English Philology from Uzbek State University of World Languages. In her spare time, she loves learning languages, coding, 3D modeling, and reading.
