Since 2013, GeorgetownX has supported a widely diverse range of courses through all stages, from conception to launch to evaluation and iteration. CNDLS mobilizes a number of different platforms, including Canvas, edX, and Blackboard, to deliver the best possible learning experience based on the needs and audience of each course.
CNDLS works directly with course teams to design, develop, and implement online courses, some of which will be delivered to the Georgetown student body and others to an open, global audience. The design approach we employ aims to align and integrate the course structure, materials, and activities/assessments in a way that maximizes learning. We are working toward validating student learning through the measurable evidence via each course management system’s analytics data, as well as through pre- and post-course surveys we produce for each GeorgetownX course.
Programs
CNDLS has worked with many departments and centers inside and outside of Georgetown to develop high quality online programming. The following represents a list of the programs with whom we have helped create and support innovative online curricula:

Though many terrorist attempts fail, some groups wage lengthy and bloody campaigns and, in exceptional cases, kill hundreds or even thousands in pursuit of their ends.
