Sarah Workman is an Instructional Designer at CNDLS, where she works with Georgetown faculty and instructors to design and develop online courses. Sarah has a BA in English and Spanish from Cornell University and an MA in English from Georgetown, where she first encountered CNDLS’s work as a Graduate Assistant for faculty initiatives.
Sarah holds a PhD in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she taught courses in American literature and composition. Her interest in the scholarship of teaching and learning stems from working with graduate students to improve their teaching and adapting her courses for diverse student populations. She is excited to collaborate with Georgetown educators on e-learning initiatives and student engagement and is eager to learn more about the digital humanities.
