Andrew is an M.A. candidate in the Learning Design, and Technology program and a Graduate Associate responsible for developing online courses and supporting faculty at CNDLS. He has a background in knowledge management and organizational learning in international development organizations. He has reviewed climate change and social development projects, designed and implemented strategies for communities of practice, knowledge exchange, and online communications for several organizations, most recently at the World Bank. He has also led the monitoring and evaluation of disaster response including training programs for farmers and fisherfolks affected by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines for a UN agency.
He received his B.S. in Human Ecology from the University of the Philippines, and M.S. in Environmental Governance from the University of Freiburg as a German Academic Exchange Service scholar. When he is not tinkering with tech and digital media projects, he enjoys watching documentaries, taking long walks, and exploring cities and parks. His favorite files are srt files.
