Filura Tosheva is a M.A. candidate for the Learning, Design, and Technology program at Georgetown. Born in Uzbekistan, she received her B.A. in English Philology from Uzbek State University of World Languages. Her passion for teaching languages led her to pursue her TESOL graduate degree at UMBC as a Fulbright scholar. She served as an adjunct lecturer at the Management and Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent and a language instructor at the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent. In her spare time, she loves learning languages, coding, 3D modeling, and reading books.
