B.S. Behavioral Science: Sociology, Utah Valley University
Camron hails from Levan, a small town in central Utah with more head of cattle than humans. Along with getting his B.S. in Behavioral Sciences, he made the most of his undergraduate education at Utah Valley University. He mentored freshmen students, studied in the honors program, researched motivation, leadership, and values with faculty members, served on student council, developed The Journal of Student Leadership, and worked as a presidential intern in UVU’s Academic Affairs office.
Camron comes to us having worked the last year as a research analyst using big data and surveys to help corporations, political candidates, and social causes. He chose to pursue a M.A. with Georgetown’s’ Learning & Design program to refocus on his passions which are understanding motivation, learning and leadership, and expanding access and affordability of higher education. Outside of academia, Camron spends his time, hiking, sleeping, playing board/ card games, and improving his Spike-Ball skills.
