What parts of student identity are visible in Georgetown classrooms? What parts are understood? Included? What parts aren’t? Knowing these, what can faculty do to create a more inclusive learning environment on the Hilltop?
The Identity & Inclusion in the Classroom video project is designed to create an ongoing venue for students to share their identities and experiences—and how these play out in the classroom—with Georgetown faculty. Launched in the summer of 2016, students are invited to share their experiences in a short, self-made video or written response, both through Submittable.
