Communities of practice are “groups of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly” (Wenger 2006).

As part of our mission to bring together faculty from across Georgetown to share insights and questions about teaching, CNDLS is developing a community of practice of faculty who are incorporating clickers into their courses. These faculty, who represent a wide range of disciplines, meet regularly and maintain a blog to share ideas and resources related to clicker use in the classroom.

For information, resources, and examples regarding the use of clickers in the classroom, visit the Clickers Teaching Commons page.
