HOW TO GET CLASSROOM EQUIPMENT
To ensure quality service, requests should be made two or more
business days in advance for both classroom delivery of equipment
and the use of built-in technology. Your advance request enables CETS staff to
set up, test, and, if necessary, troubleshoot equipment so that it is ready for
use when the class begins. (Business days are Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., excluding
University holidays.)
To request classroom equipment or library media delivery,
do one of the following:
Call CETS: 687-7491
Visit CETS: ICC 121
Use the CETS online request form:

Fax the Advance Request Information Form to:
CETS Fax Line: 687-5879.
Faxed requests must be made with this form to facilitate processing. You can
find this form at the ICC 121 Service Desk or call CETS to have the form faxed
to you.
Confirmation of Your Request
When you receive your email confirmation, check carefully dates,
times, room numbers, media titles, and pieces of equipment. If
you find incorrect information in your confirmation, or need to
change your request, immediately reply to the address on your
confirmation or call:

To request a classroom with built-in technology for the semester or for one-time

To request the installation of special software on a classroom computer, contact
