Customizing your Course Site
There are several ways to customize the layout and appearance of your Blackboard course site. In fact, it is good practice for instructors to set a uniform look to their course site instead of using the default template. The buttons or links in the Course Menu can be renamed, re-ordered, and/or removed depending on your course needs. You can also add a banner to your course site which would distinguish it from other course sites students may be using throughout the semester.
